Participant information and resources

Participants need to be informed of the dates and times of all sessions in advance. Your local I.T. or Governance team may be able to provide details and guidance about how participants can connect to the group, depending on which web- based video conferencing tool is used.

Some areas have found it useful to arrange a telephone call with participants prior to the session to help with connection queries.

Participants need to be able to use their participant pack during the first session. Therefore it is important that these are posted out in advance. Alternatively the Health Profile and Action Plan  (click to download) may be emailed to participants ahead of the session for them to print and have available. If neither of these is possible participants could be signposted to MyDesmond for ongoing support.
