We understand you may not know where to start with this - the following should help to guide you in this and our example can be found below. Plus find below an example that we have used across 66 practices in a recent national study.

different practices have different systems so we would suggest creating an MP4, as well as a PowerPoint version so that as many practices that can may use it
You can create these locally if you have access to a design team

Send a link out to all your local Practice Managers - WeTransfer is usually a quick & safe way to do this
Review this regularly
You can also use this on screens in your diabetes centre, hospital canteens, and anywhere else you can think of.
The file can also be embedded into any web-pages that have the functionality to show animations or put out on your trust social media and YouTube channels.
