Launching v3.0 virtual NDF

To launch version 3.0 of the DESMOND Newly Diagnosed and Foundation virtual resources and guidance, the national trainers met with DESMOND Educators from across the UK and Ireland to share with them the journey that they have been on to get to v3.0 as well as to describe the key differences from the last version.
