Localities: DESMOND is currently being delivered to patients registered with a GP in Central Manchester. DESMOND is delivered throughout Central Manchester in Levenshulme, Rusholme and Ardwick.

Local Referral Pathway: Referrals received from GP’s and Practice Nurses via Integrated Care Gateway within Central Manchester CCG

Overview

DESMOND is delivered in group sessions at venues throughout Central Manchester on Wednesdays, in the above areas. We offer two sessions 1 full day or 2 half days to allow for flexibility and patient choice. The sessions are delivered by two Desmond Educators.
